《法學(xué)》是由華東政法大學(xué)主辦的中文法律類(lèi)核心期刊，發(fā)行量位據(jù)全國(guó)法學(xué)類(lèi)理論刊物之首，是美國(guó)、英國(guó)等國(guó)圖書(shū)館收藏的中國(guó)為數(shù)不多的法學(xué)刊物之一。 本書(shū)堅(jiān)持《法學(xué)》選載論文"短、平、快"的特色，從所設(shè)評(píng)論、論文、筆談、專(zhuān)題探討、爭(zhēng)鳴、司法實(shí)踐（含案例評(píng)析、疑案探析等）、專(zhuān)訪(fǎng)等欄目中分別選譯出15篇左右年度優(yōu)秀論文，不僅包括民法、刑法、國(guó)際法、經(jīng)濟(jì)法等法學(xué)理論探討論文，也包括立法、司法等實(shí)踐性強(qiáng)的論文，主要贈(zèng)送給國(guó)外各大學(xué)法學(xué)院，以加強(qiáng)中外法學(xué)界的學(xué)術(shù)交流。 　　本書(shū)組織作者將其論文翻譯為英文，不僅能夠彌補(bǔ)國(guó)內(nèi)英文論文的短缺，也能夠加強(qiáng)和海外學(xué)術(shù)界的交流，向國(guó)外法學(xué)同行宣傳國(guó)內(nèi)法學(xué)界的研究成果
