圖書內(nèi)容簡介

《仲裁與法律》是中國國際經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易仲裁委員會(huì)（又名中國國際商會(huì)仲裁院）、中國海事仲裁委員會(huì)和中國國際商會(huì)仲裁研究所主辦，專門研究仲裁與法律問題的全國性法學(xué)讀物。
本刊自創(chuàng)刊二十多年來，始終貫徹仲裁基本原則，堅(jiān)持仲裁理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合，突出對重大仲裁理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)問題的研究，追求學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)新，嚴(yán)守辦刊宗旨，在仲裁界、法律界和經(jīng)貿(mào)界頗具影響。
