《WTO法律制度——以案說(shuō)法（2）》選擇WTO爭(zhēng)端解決機(jī)構(gòu)的專(zhuān)家組／上訴機(jī)構(gòu)報(bào)告，通過(guò)這些報(bào)告來(lái)了解WTO基本原則和實(shí)踐。WTO爭(zhēng)端解決機(jī)制專(zhuān)家組／上訴機(jī)構(gòu)報(bào)告是研究WTO各項(xiàng)規(guī)定最好的資料。編寫(xiě)者朱欖葉根據(jù)多年的研究及教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，對(duì)專(zhuān)家組和／或上訴機(jī)構(gòu)報(bào)告作了刪節(jié)，每一個(gè)報(bào)告只保留對(duì)一個(gè)法律問(wèn)題的分析內(nèi)容，而以中文對(duì)案件所涉及的措施作概要介紹，以便于學(xué)生閱讀理解。
