The purchase of the listed company and enterprise annexation theoretical question studying

Abstract：It is that the large-scale social production develops into the result at certain stage under a market economy condition that the company merges. This text adopts to the background analysis and system design which merge the behavior, show merging protrudingly as the property right trading activity of a kind of enterprise, vitalize enterprise's stock assets, optimize limited resource distribution, promote industrial structure adjustment , promote enterprise form large-scale production and raise enterprise competitiveness ,etc. positive effective function respect give play to, fully show the influence power that it is in the modern economic life. The final purpose of this text lies in merging the introduction Chinese business circles of such modernized enterprise operation with legal and rational idea , promote the development of prosperity of China's economy.
