Abstract: Consanguinity is importance gist in administration lawmaking in China,compare with the consanguinity and the administration lawmaking between ancient and modern,the modern law gain a great advancement on eliminating consanguinity franchise of administration,but,it is not as good as the ancient law in blench,bribery law of consanguinity,it bring on some holes of the administration.
