各省、自治區(qū)、直轄市高級人民法院，解放軍軍事法院，新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)高級人民法院生產建設兵團分院：
黨的十八大以來，人民法院在以習近平同志為核心的黨中央領導下，持續(xù)深化司法體制改革，深入開展國際司法交流合作，中國特色社會主義司法制度更加成熟更加定型，我國司法國際形象和影響力不斷提升。人民法院組織法、法官法修訂完成后，一些司法改革最新成果的英譯文亟待確定。隨著更高層次改革開放加速推進，國際司法交流合作日益深入，涉外案件和司法協(xié)助業(yè)務穩(wěn)步增長，更有必要進一步規(guī)范人民法院組織結構、職務名稱、工作場所的英譯文。
為落實習近平總書記關于加強我國國際傳播能力建設的重要指示，推進對外法治宣傳，講好中國法治故事，完善新時代人民法院的國際交流合作、涉外案件審判機制，推動形成更高層次改革開放新格局，最高人民法院經廣泛征求意見，就人民法院組織機構、職務名稱、工作場所的英譯文作出規(guī)范，現印發(fā)給你們。請在國際交流合作、涉外案件審理、雙語標識制作中結合實際遵照執(zhí)行�！蛾P于規(guī)范法院名稱及法院工作人員職務英譯文的通知》（法外〔2004〕230號）同時廢止。
