          　　國家郵政局19日宣布，韻達快遞部分加盟企業(yè)對協(xié)議客戶安全管理存在重大漏洞，導(dǎo)致涉詐騙宣傳品進入寄遞渠道，造成受害人重大財產(chǎn)損失。上海韻達貨運有限公司對其加盟商管理缺位，負有未按規(guī)定實行安全保障統(tǒng)一管理責(zé)任，國家郵政局依法對上海韻達貨運有限公司進行立案調(diào)查。
